At Salams Therapy Hub, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment. However, due to limited availability, we kindly request that cancellations are made with sufficient notice. cancelation Notice Requirements

A minimum of 2 business days’ noticeis required to cancel your appointment without incurring a fee.

Late cancelation Fee

If you cancel within 48 hourbls of your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the session.

Frequent cancelation

If appointments are cancelation more than twice, even with notice, a holding deposit will be required to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your consultation fee upon attendance. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled again or missed, the deposit will not be refunded.
